-The platform is owned by JK Sugars and Commodities Pvt. Ltd. co-founded by Mr.Jitu.K.Shah, Mr.Uppal Shah & Mr.Hemant Shah. With over two decades experience in sugar trade, JK Sugars and Commodities is committed to fulfilling its client's requirements with timely and smooth deliveries while offering the best possible price with the best available selection of sugar at the utmost convenience. -The buyer and seller both need to pay a brokerage of Rs.1/Qntl.
- Is it compulsory to be a seller? Is it okay if I just be a buyer ? / Is it compulsory to be a buyer, is it ok if I just be a seller ?
-Yes, you can be a buyer/ seller or both.
- Are my documents & information safe with eBuySugar?

- How can I change my Display Picture (DP Image)?
-Click on Edit my Profile on the Right Hand Menu at the top, Click on the Image and you can upload the image of your choice. Click on Update once you finish editing.
- How do I edit my information?
-Click on Edit my Profile on the Right Hand Menu at the top, once you finish editing, click on Update.
- I have Registered / Logged in, how do I start buying or selling?
-To enable trade through your account, you need to buy credit (advance brokerage) by transferring the amount to JK Sugars and Commodities. After you have credit balance / advance brokerage in your account, Click on Authorised Clients in Client Master Menu You will get to see the entire list of registered traders and millers. Send a request to the clients you wish to trade with. Kindly ensure that the clients you send a request to are the clients you trust on your personal level and you would feel safe after trading or transacting with them. After your request has been confirmed, you can trade with the trader or miller.
- How do I enter a sell offer ?
-Click on Add resale Enter the details Click Submit
- How do I buy?
-On the Dashboard, you will be able to see all the available sugar, To buy, click on the sugar you wish to buy, Enter the quantity and click on Submit.
- Where do I get the trade confirmation?
-Once your trade is complete, you will get a contract / trade confirmation on your registered email id after completion of every trade. In case you have not received a mail, contact us on info@ebuysugar.com
- What are the payment/lifting terms?
-Once your trade is completed you will get a contract on your registered email id. All the terms and conditions for payments and lifting will be mentioned in the contract.
- What if the contract is dishonored?
-The applicable laws will be enforced for the same. For more details read the Terms & Conditions / Applicable Laws & Disputes

- मैंने पंजीकृत / लॉग इन किया है, मैं कैसे खरीदना या बेचना शुरू करूं?
अपने खाते के माध्यम से व्यापार को सक्षम करने के लिए, आपको JK Sugars and Commodities को राशि हस्तांतरित करके क्रेडिट (एडवांस ब्रोकरेज) खरीदने की आवश्यकता है। आपके खाते में क्रेडिट बैलेंस / एडवांस ब्रोकरेज होने के बाद, क्लाइंट मास्टर मेनू में अथोराइज्ड क्लाइंट्स पर क्लिक करें, आपको पंजीकृत व्यापारियों और मिलरों की पूरी सूची देखने को मिलेगी। उन क्लाइंट्स को रिक्वेस्ट भेजें जिनके साथ आप व्यापार करना चाहते हैं। कृपया सुनिश्चित करें कि आप जिन क्लाइंट्स को रिक्वेस्ट भेजते हैं, वो क्लाइंट्स पर आपको व्यक्तिगत स्तर पर भरोसा हैं और आप उनके साथ व्यापार या लेन-देन करने में सुरक्षित महसूस करते है। आपके रिक्वेस्ट की पुष्टि हो जाने के बाद, आप व्यापारी या मिलर के साथ व्यापार कर सकते हैं।

- क्या होगा अगर अनुबंध अस्वीकृत होता है?
